Can I get a price quote before the work is performed?
Yes. We provide free estimates for remodeling and Service changes. For service work, (Troubleshooting) our normal hourly rate is $100 per hour for 1 mechanic & $150 per hour for 1 mechanic & 1 helper when needed.
What types of payment do you accept?
All of our work is COD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Money Order, or Personal Check.
Do you have hours on weekends?
Our normal working hours are Monday through Saturday. We schedule calls between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. We can send a mechanic out on nights or Sundays at our emergency rate.
What kind of guarantee do you provide for your work?
We provide a 1 year warranty on all our work. Our club member customers receive a 2 year warranty automatically.
Will you install parts that I purchased?
Yes. We can install your material but we will not guarantee it.
